Shipments and Returns
For all purchases myboat.com.au reserves the right to make adjustments to information or pricing due to typographical errors, market factors or manufacturer price changes which may occur at any time without notice. All deliveries are carried out by third party and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note delivery dates on orders are partly dependant on our suppliers and freight contractors, and although myboat.com.au will try and provide the most timely information to our clients, we can make no guarantees or promises regarding the delivery and receipt of orders.
myboat.com.au accepts no liability for situations that are out of our control.
No Warranty or return claims will be accepted without an Return Merchandise Authorisation (R.M.A) and original Invoice advice. In the event that the goods are to be returned, please contact our sales department via e-mail email@example.com
Our sales department will issue you with a R.M.A number. For this process we will require the Invoice number which reflects when the goods were purchased, customer details and reason for return.
NOTE: No returns of any type will be accepted or processed without a R.M.A number. Goods must be returned in original / re-salable condition with all content inclusions eg. User manuals, Communication Cables etc.
We cannot accept non-faulty or opened software packages for return under any circumstances. Final pricing displayed within the content of our website includes GST and indicates shipping fees separately.
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
